The Challenge

Leading tool manufacturer DeWalt had secured a Home Depot exclusive launch for its game-changing FlexVolt product line. Working with Home Depot was an exciting opportunity, and one that would require flexibility in terms of display sizing. In addition, the sheer number of products supported by FlexVolt meant finding solutions beyond showing everything at once.

The Solution

ImageWorks engineers created an innovative fan-fold and slide-by design concept to enable adjustable back panels and headers. Featured products rotated within the display using a lazy-susan design that let customers spin and engage with the product of interest.

The Result

DeWalt FlexVolt launched in 1,200 Home Depot locations, within five different bay widths. DeWalt exceeded its FlexVolt sales goals in just a few months.

New product launches are inherently stressful. Working with ImageWorks, however, was the least stressful part of the project. Their commitment to our partnership assured our project’s success.
